Again, I second the 'more pictures', especially the bottom of the hood. One other thing, the retail on the kit is a grand... which is a bit expensive, but reasonable for how awesome it looks. When you said bad quality, and a lot of work, how much time/money are we talking about here? (if you don't mind disclosing) I realize that it's different for each piece, and each shop, and each customer... but I'm curious as gives the car EXACTLY the look I've always wanted. And, well... I'd like to get a ballpark on what it would cost me.

I had actually heard the oposite of the hoods, when they were still Fang, I heard the hood quality was very good. I too now wonder how much extra work needed to be done to get this good to fit correctly?!? A grand isnt too much to spend in comparison to the Shaker and Cervinis kits/front clips.

Exactly what did the body shop have to do to get the fit right?!?! PLEASE disclose, I'm not worried about price, I worried about fitment

Ever since they got switched over by Aeroform, it's a completely different company with different people. They bought the patents. The mystery 8 JUST came out from them, so maybe it is issues they are working on, but the front extension piece had to be almost completely remade and had a lot of work to actually align correctly with the front of the car and the hood. The hood itself wasn't too bad. You are looking at around 800 to paint and "fix" it all together. I'll get pics when the weather stops sucking around here.

Thanks man, I've got a pretty good body shop in line... Do you think it'll take "special" experience to get this fitment down?!? I'm gonna order this kit as soon as my 20x8.5/20x10 Black bullitt wheels come in.. I can't wait...

Here is a pic of my Mystery 8 that I got from Predator Motorsports. It looks like they now have the molds. The pieces fit nicely. The hood lined up like a factory unit and the front extension was easy to install as well. Very happy with product and would highly recommend.

Nice! Good to hear those molds survived, it's a cool looking setup
