Mustang Mach 1 Hood...

Anyone know where I can get this hood??? I like the price, but something cheaper would be nice.

Anyone ever see this hood on a Stang or have any additional pics? All I see are the same 2 pics with the red stang with black decals....

Let me know what you guys think...

I am not quite sure whether I want to get this Mach 1 hood or the Shaker system. What do you guys think?

I'm partial to the shaker.

I like the hood but it just doesn't look right on an S197. The lines on the S197 are closer to the 69/70 mustangs. that hood is matches the Mach 1 fomr '71-'73. The body style on those cars was completely different. I also think the shaker looks better on our cars.

I'm waiting for the shaker/supercharger combo Saleen is developing now. Great looks, plus air being forced into your supercharger!

I believe that now under the new Sallen, SRS, all the Heritage body parts are now for sale, individually or as a kit. This includes there shaker hood.

If you are looking for something similar, I would look at the Cervinis Stalker(Mach 1) hood. Alittle more subtle.

I just installed a prototype of CDC's Shaker/centrifugal supercharger adapter. Plus one for forcing more air into forced induction.

I haven't even seen it yet. It was just put on the other day, and Paul and Jason are still tying up some of the loose ends of other stuff before I get her back.
