Just a quick comment. I have rear window louvers and recently when my car was in for paint, the painter broke the plastic hooks for the bottom attachment. I called MRT today and they said that they were sorry I was having a problem. But since I this wasn't my first set of re orders, they were just going to send me some GRATIS! Now in the past when they have been broken, it's definitely arguable that it wasn't really a quality issue as it was ham handed service by detailers, painters and tow truck drivers and yet, they went above and beyond today to keep me happy.
