Has anyone used the "Mr. Gasket Hood and Deck Pins on any mustang but more specific the 05 ? If someone has any insight on why they could NOT be used on the 05 please pipe in

I wanted to use those on mine too , but due to the angles on the hood the two parts won't line up and you can't lock them. I have the RK Sport hood and since it's fiberglass , I need pins to keep it from blowing off. I put the Ford Racing pins on and they will work , but but the clip pin won't set flat on the hood. Steeda said they were going to come out with some specially designed for the 05 later , when they do I may consider changing them ...
