Mod's Gone Too Far?
Personally I love the Agent 47 ram air ones, but my car is an everyday driver and Im not ready to give up my headlights like that. They do look great though and are what I would get if my car was a garage queen.
I would paint the mirrors, not cover them. I love the rear of the car, you have the spoiler I want. I agree with another member, a chin spoiler minus the headlight covers would look just killer.

Well, here's my 10 step plan:
1) remove splitters and tint
2) tri-bar pony, decide if I like once on
3) MGW Shifter
4) Torch Red shift ****
5) 18" anthracite bullits in rear, 17" in front, sidewall's matched.
6) Tires (duh)
7) Suspension
8) Somewhere in this equation will be mufflers. I'd like to go w/ a mid-muffler system like Pypes, but am waiting until the 'kinks' get worked out.
9) 4.10's
10) Start saving for a blower that I'll probably never buy until my buddy gets the new Camaro.
I'd love to get that thing back down to Florida, but that's a LONG ride w/ a son who's now 10mos old.
I'm not a fan of the mirror caps, nor the chin spoiler. I think the front end will look better once lowered too and won't need the chin spoiler as bad. So guys, for the most part, I'm right there with you on what it needs.

And why are you removing tint? Has the north changed you that much

good call on the headlight splitters....
I'd put 18" wheels all around not just on the rear.

You wanted opinions.....like most here I'd ditch the headlight covers.
And stripes are definitly needed. Black stripes would make it look mean for sure. I designed my own side stripes just to put my own touch to my new '08 GT. You might try that on the sides as well as across the top. Maybe a wide strip down the top with pin stripes along side it. Something different from the usual. Since you don't have a hood scoop, maybe the wide stripe could be cut out where a hood scoop goes to have a three-bar chevron of your paint color showing through. Just a thought.
And I wouldn't go with the bar-pony on the front grill as you said, you already have one on each side of the car. Go with anything else.
Finally, where I come from tinted lights are associated too much with ricers, and besides, for me, I want function over form so, what sense does tinted lights make in terms of function ? None. So I wouldn't do it.
Hope this helps.....nice car by the way....

I'm not a fan of stripes myself. Too distracting on a beautiful car, IMO. I don't remember seeing any 'Vette's, Lambo's, etc w/ stripes. Just my opinion, but thanks for the suggestions.
