Modded my stock Bullitt wheels a bit

I like the factory polished Bullitt wheels, but wanted to make them more unique. Nobody makes any center caps for these wheels, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found some blank chrome center caps on eBay that fit perfectly, and then had some emblems made that fit into the blank center caps. I like the look MUCH better than the tri-bar pony.

Cool. A nice do it yourself always feels good.

There are some choices out there tho.

Good job man! Looks sweet!

What would be even better is if you were able to duplicate the "GT" similarly to the GT emblem stuck on the fenders of the S197's.

5pointoh, I'm pulling the GT emblems off the fenders, so that won't be an issue.

sound wave, the emblems came from www.makingitdigital.net
I chose a stock design, but they might be able to make something custom for you. I believe they also have a style that matches the fender emblems, as 5pointoh suggested.

5pointoh, that site does have the oem "gt" emblem.

jonw, thanks for the link. they have the one i was thinking about, so i wouldn't have to custom order one.

You are lucky. Prior to ordering I had a question and didn't get a response to my email. I still went ahead and placed an order for the oem GT. I didn't get any confirmation and haven't received the emblems. I tried calling and I either get someone picking up and hanging up or it just rings and rings. Be leery if you buy from here.
