Is it me, or are these splitters different?

Is it me, or are these splitters different?
The Dark Horse and Heritage H302 SC seem to have the same front lip... but they are both different from the Heritage H302, as well as the exhaust tips. I've only seen the H302 kit for sale, not the H302SC... are these parts available to purchase?
