Unhappy Looking for a web site that sells billet grilles

Help,

Someone posted a link for billet grille overlays top and bottom for 100 dollars + shipping. I bookmarked the site, but cannot find it any longer. I've also searched high and low in this forum and others and can't find the link.

HINTS:

They shipped to the UK

They may have been located in the UK

They only seemed to sell billet grilles, but for alot of different vehicles

it was in a billet grille discussion

They had a very plain website

either I'm or , but I keep

Yep,
That one

I emailed the guy that evening (Saturday) and he responded to me early Monday morning.

I asked him if they offered any discount code- he said they offer 5 dollars of a 51 dollar order. Pm me for the code, I'm not sure that he will like me posting it on the web.

I'm still a little concerned about the legimatacy of the company though, so I haven't ordered yet. If you do order Mike, please let me know. I'm thinking about going with the black billet overlay.

What caught my eye was the lower grille piece. I did see a pic of the lower grille installed, and I think it looked great. That's what caught my attention. It was posted on another site. I will see if I can find that pic, and shamelessy copy it over....I have not seen both installed, but the bottom looked good.....

Mike

PS. Definately considering that same set as my next mod.....

Found the pic......

I just ask him this:

A bunch of us are interested in getting the 05-07 black billet grill and was wondering if you would do a group buy? If so, how many and what discount?
TIA,
Chad

I'll let you know the reply

Alright, I just recieved the email from foryar and here it is:

Dear Chad:

We offer actual ups shipping fee for order above $300 or 3 sets of
part#
fy-604118C. That means handling fee will be waived if requirement met.
Please let us know how many you
would like to buy.

Thank you,
foryar

That comes up to be $20 for each order. I don't guess that's too bad???
I was also hoping that I wouldn't have to be the middle man here, but I may have to be. We will see...

I'm not exactly happy with the answer because I don't think he knows that it would be going to different addresses so I'm replying back to him that I need them shipped to different addresses and see what the response is.

So far we have:
1. Clark Kent
2. S197 V6
3. Gremlin190
4. Got Oatz

Just sent this response:
Thanks for the reply.

We are looking to purchase at least 4 of these. I have not announced the group buy yet so it may be a few more. However, I do have some concerns:

1. Will I have to be the middle man and collect the money and then pay you or could I have them pay you and they put a discount code in lettintg you know that this is the group buy. Paypal is going to take a percentage causing me to be short changed.
2. If we do a group buy, are you going to be able to ship to each grille to a different address. If I receive all the grilles and have to ship them to different people there would not be any savings left!

Thanks for the prompt emails,
Chad

Well, I guess it's a no go.

Dear Chad:

Thank you for your email.

The offer is for order over $300 (for your specific situation, the
offer
includes order over 3 sets of part#fy-604118C). That means you only
have
one billing address and one shipping address to fill out when you order
online for the order over $300. If you have different billing/shipping
addresses, you have to order seperately, which doesn't qualify for this
offer. However each of you still can get $5 off using the discount code
(the discount code will be expired on 10/15/2007). Hope we answered
your
questions.

Thank you,
foryar

Oh well, thanks for the effort at organizing this though! If someone else doesnt order one of these soon, I may just take the plunge myself and be the first!

No problem. Don't forget to ask for the 5 dollar off coupon code. It's good thru the 15th.
Chad
