Looking to do a California Special Set Up!

Ok guys, as far as the appearence on my 2005 Gt goes, im completely stock in that department. Dont get me wrong, i love the way the gt looks but what i really love is the front of the gt-cs!! that is one beautiful front end! So, i guess my question would be where could i get all the required parts to swap my front bumper over to the gt-cs style and for a decent price? i know that stage3motorsports.com has a saleen parnelli jones set up but i was suprised they dont have a gt-cs set up. Should i go through ford and probably pay a ridiculous price or can someone point me in the right direction with a good reliable company?

I had my dealership oder this kit for me,part # 6R3Z6320049AA.If you have an accessories catalog you can match up the base numbers. The kit came with the lower grilles and all the hardware for installation. My shipping was free. The dealership ordered it from this website. If you have the dealership order from Ford original equipment the price goes higher.

Check out this post.

I believe that 05stangkc said that Ford priced the GT/CS conversion out of sensible range. He also just posted that the prices have just jumped considerably for some parts, and that he would be updating his pricing sheets very soon.

Search around online, you should be able to find the Ford Accessories kits for around 350-399 front, 300-349 rear. I managed to find a nice deal of 349 front and 300 rear with free shipping, and the Ford Accessories kits come with everything you need to do the job. Have them painted, install the brackets with the supplied rivets, and on the car they go. You can get a good look at my car on my Cardomain page.

They offer both bumpers in one kit.Call the phone number listed for more info. That was anyone's price listed unless, as mentioned, the prices went up.In the accessories catalog they are listed as a bumper upgrade and not the CS bumper cover.

yeah, call Kevin Casey @ Clevenger Ford. His number is 559.784.6000. He can get you great prices on Ford OEM body parts. I ordered my complete GT500 front end conversion kit through him.

My front CS bumper cover from that website was $359.00 shipping included. Why spend more if you don't have to.I may sell my CS bumper cover because I receive a complete GT 500 front body clip(totaled car) for X-mas.I would really like to sell the CS cover to a Grabber owner if I decide to remove it.

If I didn't get a CS, the CS kit would have been my first mod. The California special package made me fall in love with this body style.

I say get the side scoops as well. They're fake but add to the appearance in my opinion.
