Looking for California Special Bumpers - how much for new?
Anyone know of any for sale or have either of the '07 California Special Bumpers they want to get rid of - or know how much they cost new?
I'm thinking of putting them on when the car goes into the shop in a few weeks. I'm going to ask the shop how much for new ones from him tomorrow.
Thanks!

I plan on the same mod for my GO.But just the front bumper cover. It shouldn't run that much.I've heard you can use the same grille, blinker light covers and headlight assemblies. You need the lower grille assembly for the front.

I purchased my cover last summer it was about under 300 for everything shipped from kc. But from what i read the prices have increased. Installing is very easy about a 2 hr job .The hardest part is you need a rivet gun for the corner lamps. There are some good posts on the cobra conversion and they will all help u in the install. The new Cervinis chin spoilers are almost alike the california bumper.

The CS bumper is a fulll replacement, not just a lower assembly for the stock bumper.

I realize that.I'm looking to purchase a Black C/S.Maybe this week some time.I was trying explain all the parts that attach to the full bumper cover.A good friend changed his out and he only needed the lower grille equipment.

I bought the GT500 rear from this guy in ebay. but he is selling the front bumper and this is the best price i've seen so far.

Why not buy a CDC classic chin spoiler and paint it to mimic the GT/CS front bumper. Buy the black cdc chin spoiler and have the outsides sanded and painted to match your car.
My 2 cents.

I am doing the install soon and got quoted from my local ford dealer approx. $340 for the rear bumper w/ out paint. So as you can see the price has gone up a bit but well worth it in my opinion.

I really like the look of that rear diffuser!

Are you sure that for the CS not the regular GT bumper. Because I got quoted $600 for the CS. I found one in Ebay new for $318 shipped.

Thank, I was getting rip-off by the dealer then. How much did you pay for painting and install? So that i have an idea.

I can't give you an exact figure on that as my Mustang was at the local Ford dealership's body shop for repairs. I had fenders, front (GT500) & rear (GT/CS) fascias painted so costs were all rolled together on one charge so I can't really break it down. Honestly it didn't take long, I got my car back from the shop about 4 - 5 days after it went in. Plus the workrate on my car was done at a considerable lower rate ($40 per hour as opposed to $80) than what the bodyshop at the local Ford dealer usually charges due to a working arrangement they have with my insurance company.
