Ok, so i do NOT know photoshop, but i messed with these to kinda show what mine will look like when im finished with her. They are crude chop-jobs, so take that into consideration.

Ive made up my mind on the colors and stripes, but tell me which grill you like the best.

I'd go with either 1 or 2. Normally I'd say you've gotta keep the pony but that second one reminds me of the old Bullitt GT 390.

Option 4 looks good. Option 3 looks like you just received it back from the body shop and they didn't have all the parts for it yet

Personally I think the car looks like it's missing something without the driving lights. I like how it fills in the front grill.

The stock grill has a solid flat area behind the pony and a raised area around it ... no grill mesh.

So photo-chopping is the only way you can really remove the pony (or evidence that one is missing) from a stock V6 or GT grill !!

Aftermarket will eventually have some things, but doubtfully anything that resembles the stock grill as you have photo-chopped. We can hope that Ford comes up with a grill variation or 2 for upcoming SE's as they did for the '03-04 Mach 1.

#1 with the Mustang emblem painted black. It would give the illusion of #2 but you would still have the Mustang emblem in place.

Alos love the raised white lettered tires, I was thinking of doing the same on my black V6, that or beefy whitewalls...

Maybe when mt wife gets a new car in a few years, I'll get to do stripes, either silver like orthoguy's, white like you want, or ghost....

I love this car....

Where else can you get rear wheel drive performance for under $32 grand (BMW 3 series or the G35 cars from Infiniti) with the ~$25k GT, let alone the under $20K v6, awsome!

BTW as a V6er with no foglights, I like option #4, very menacing especially on a black mustang!

I was specifically thinking of an aftermarket grill, as you are right, the stock grill with the pony removed would just look like the pony was stolen, like what happened to another guy...he's got some pics of it floating around.

Now turning the pony into a black chrome pony is a new idea..... i'll have to give that one some extra thought. definately has potential!

I dont honestly mind having a GT without the fog-lights, though im sure thats not even an option. But the fog-lights do look awesome, even still. I think i'm partial to #2, but again, painting the pony black might look really good!

I like option #1. Black w/white stripes looks cool and you can get personalized plates with PePe on them.
