Does anybody know if the cars are coming from the plant with the license plate frames put in them or if the dealer does it? And is that going to put holes in the front bumper?

I'm wondering the same. Up here we are required to have front plates but I don't want the holes. I drove 2 cars for seven years without them and have never gotten tagged for it. The police usually mention it, or use it as a reason to pull you over, but other than that its no big deal.

My understanding is the front plate holder is in the trunk upon delivery. I only run one plate & my salesmen knows not to put the front bracket on. He also knows I don't want any stickers. This is my third car from him & he is good as he remembered my quirks.

I have asked my dealer not to make any holes in the front bumper as for now I plan on mounting it behind the lower grill. If I get the Eleanor kit I have no idea where I will put the plate.
