I found some decent plain black ones with clear plastic cover at a local auto parts store for 10 bucks each, figured that would go nice with the black stripes I have on my Torch Red car.

I ended up with the chrome Ford Racing "Mustang" ones.
I had to buy an adapter plate from the autoparts store to secure it well.

I also added a clear plastic sheild over the plate too.

I saw one at the Houston Auto Show that said "Riding my *** is by invitation only." Of course it didn't have astericks.

Racerx--How well does your front license plate adapter fit? I bought one today for my GT that's due in next week but I noticed that the front bumper has a bit of a curve to it.

It fits pretty well. I cut up an old computer mouse pad into some small blocks and put it behind the plate adapter to sort of build up curved area before I bolted it on.

I also changed those mounting bolts with some stainless steel ones that require a special
key to install them - hopefully that will deter anyone from taking them.

I wish I lived in a state that didn't require front plates
