I just got the SHR plain black billet medallion and then drilled holes and attached the GT fender emblem with epoxy (that will never come off unless hit and broken!).

I got mine in today and put it on. Not sure if i like it or not?

Rich, I think it looks good, but a little touch of black might make it look even better. Maybe the 05-09 "GT" fender emblem painted black? Just an idea.

I decided it wasn't the look that I wanted and have the mediallion posted for sale. Thanks for your comments though.

Perhaps it would've looked better on your car if you either had the trim ring or the lid in black. The added contrast would've made it flow a lot better with your stripes (two tone look).

The black on these is not shinny so iI didn't go with the two-tone emblem.
