Let's see those stock ride heights!

Well I have been trying to decide on rims and tires for a long time and I have looked at both the 18 and 20 inch lowered threads. However, I don't see my car being lowered, so lets see everyones aftermarket rims and tire sizes and brands on the stock springs! I think this could help a lot of us in our decisions.

Typically when you change wheels and tires you buy the tire size that will match up with the OEM size so you don't have speedo issues. The gap with remain the same until you lower it.

I went with 255/45X18 which also the same as the OEM 235/55X17.

WTC - did you figure out how to load images without using Photobucket? At the top of the page, go to Gallery, My Stuff, Images and in the upper right they'll be a box marked Upload. Follow the instructions there and you'll get your picture stored here. Then when you post get the Properties of your picture (http and all that stuff) and copy it. In your post, click on the "Picture" icon (little gizmo 2nd from the right. Paste the http there and your picture will be in your post.

I have 255/45/18s, 285/40/18s though I think these pictures are with the wrong size rear tire 285/35s. Have springs ready just waiting for those Koni's .

Not the best pictures, but I was running stock springs on 295/40/20 on the rear & 255/40/20 on the front until Friday when I put my pro kit on. It looked great but the pro kit is perfect.

Caleb, any more side shots of your car. I like the black "GT" emblems. Did you paint those ? lots of nice looking cars here.

Thanks! Yup painted em myself. I think they came out pretty good. I can't find anymore pics from the side but here are some shots of the emblems. If the suns out tomorrow I'm gonna get some fresh shots of the car. But no more stock springs! For the middle of rear emblem I used VHT nightshade.
