To add my two cents - I can not get the lights to mount flush. Even with everything screwed down tight - I can move the lights with my finger. Anyone else have this problem?

As an Update----
I have called and left many messages with Street Scene and no one returned my calls. I called Yesterday and talked to Mike Ungels (spelling) I told him about my problem with the Grill. He suggested that I talk to Mike Spagnola. I explained that I had left messages with Tony,Debbie and Mike Spagnola. All I heard from Mike Ungels was that they never had a problem with fitment on the 05-06 Stangs. Mike Ungels asked my to fax over some pics which I will do today. Street Scene's Customer Service has been less than Satisfactory. I informed them that there have been other customers that had this same problem long with problems with some of their other products.

Don't ya love it when companies give you that line...
"never had a problem with fitment"
Basically they're implying you're an idiot because their product is perfect.

Trust me guys. I am not trying to beat a dead horse here. I just got off of the phone with Mike Ungels again. There Fax machine would not receive my faxes that I tried to send them. I then asked for an email address. he gave me Jim@StreetSceneEQ.com. I tired emailing the pics with no success.
Here is another link showing that I am not the only person having problems with fitment.

I had left an email with SS as well a while back and never heard a thing from anybody. I just wanted to know if they had resolved the "problems". How long can a company last with Pss poor service and quality.....Only we can decide that..... I was going to have my wife order me a grill from them for christmas but it looks like I will have to find another place. :notnice: :notnice: :notnice: :notnice:

I gotta say, I wonder a couple things... does anyone think about the time frame that they are calling? The holidays is absolute nightmare for contacting anyone. Is that an excuse?? No, but, people, lets not start a lynching.

Its been a few weeks since the last post on this. I would love to see these posters post something positive about SSE. I have met several people over there, and have worked with SSE for some time now. They are always concerned with customer satisfaction. I have sat at Mike's desk as he tries to get through his over 400 new customer emails a day, and run a business. I personally think the guy needs more staff, but he likes to be hands on with his clientele. Dealing directly with the customer base is new to them, they used to sell through distributors, TMS exploded thier business and they are doing thier best to live up to our expectations.

Side note: I have spoken with SSE today, and they are very concerned with these posts, and had thought these issues had been dealth with. They will be looking into these issues more closely.

No, I am not an employee of SSE... just a fan....

I'd be pretty upset too.
I think you should respond to EVERY message he psots until he contacts you. Maybe the bad publicity that's tacked on to every single post he makes, will get his aatention.

Can you tell I hate poor customer service? (but I'll be the first to applaud good customer service)

EDIT: Well, nevermind. Looks like he dropped off the radar at the exact same time you started this thread.

Anyone know if he posts on other Mustang forums?

I have had my Street Scene Grille installed now for a couple of months, and it looks fine. I am MUCH HAPPIER not having to have cut up my bumper cover and re-shim my hood in order to cram a stock GT grille into my V6 front end. In addition, I wanted to keep the V6 stock bumpers, as I do like the tucked look better. Is the grille perfect? No, but it is good enough and I am 98% satisfied with how it came out. Would I buy it again? Yes, in a heartbeat. Not only does this grille give the look I want, but also I deem the vastly improved ability to see on dark, rain-soaked roads well worth the $300 bucks that it cost (and the $200 more to Ford to buy the lamps).
