IMO the 255's are perfect with the 8"x17" rims.....but if you are going to go to a larger wheel, keep your options open. I won't settle for less than 9.5" on the rear & prolly, as I think about it, 9.0" on the front. IMO the 255's can handle the power stock if you go with a good set of tires.. but they are on the edge. Everybody here has different weather problems to deal with and different facts-of-life. Please understand, I don't advocate changing out the wheels, if you stay with stock and go with quality 255's you got it! I will reflash when I get my wheels/tires, if you arn't prepared to do this, you already have an awesome set-up from the factory
