Hood scoops....

I remember seeing a thread a while back where someone cut their hood to make a scoop functional. Does anyone have any info on doing this? I'm debating between buying a new hood or going this route. Thanks in advance. ( I did a search with negative results)

Acadian did that with his original roush hood scoop. try doing a word search and filter by his name
