Thumbs up

Trying to decide on which I want on my Satin Silver (leaning toward the Roush or 429). I plan on adding Stripes just to the hood in black similar to the ones on the CDC car in the pictures below but with two thin stripes on each side. Then blacking out my rear panel (around the fake gas cap), with Ford lettered side stripes in the same design, and 18x9/10" Black Deep Dish Bullits. Any thoughts welcome

Roush Scoop -

429 Boss Style Scoop -

CDC Scoop -

Xenon -

3D Carbon -

That 429 Boss style is a Photochop, so beware, the actual size will probably be a little different than pictured.

right now I voted no scoop. The past 10 years, the mustang has sported some type of scoop. I think we need to take a brake from the scoop. Just as with the spoiler, I went with a ducktail spoiler. The mustang is so different from the prior years, I say keep it clean. That also goes for the lower qtr scoop. Maybe....the upper 1/4 window scoop sold by some. BUT this is america,so choose what makes you happy!

On a side note, if I was doing a Boss look (BOSS 429) I would go with that one

How about no scoop and you put in a shaker instead?

Ive been waiting for this particular scoop from CDC. Just called today and they now saw a couple of weeks. If they dont get it done, I will use the legend hood. CDC also has a Boss 429 scoop already available. they call it a B9. It is a true Boss style unlike the one you had a photo of.

a p.s.,the photo u have of Xenon is a complete hood, GTR ram air, LMPerformance. The one u have labeled 3d carbon is a Xenon.

For the time being I think the Roush hood scoop has the advantage in looks and it's secure with 7 attachements to the hood as well as double sided tape.

If you're looking for something along the Boss429 style I'd go with the other CDC scoop

Thanks for the the corrections Thunder, just ignore those hood scoopes then You cant go wrong with the cdc or legend hood. The B9 looks a little to big for what I want, but i think it would look nice on some cars. I think i'll just finish up my mods and paint/stripe everything then decide if im gonna leave it clean or add the roush.

GEF Racing Legend Hood.

If I was to change out my hood for one with a hood scoop, this would be the one.
