06TUNGVERTGT

I had my GT lowered using BMR springs front and rear, after it was done I noticed a rubbing noise every so often when turning the steering wheel just a little.....now that it is getting colder I am hearing the noise a lot more. The place that did my front end alignment told me I was missing the plastic part that goes between the top of the spring and the fender well. My question is, does this part exist and should they have removed it from my old springs and installed it on my new springs? and is this easily fixed and what is the part I am looking for?
