Help fixing spoiler?

So I have the ducktail spoiler from 3d Carbon that replaced my stock spoiler on my 06 GT Tungsten.

This only used tape, I've had the car for almost 2 years, put on as soon as I bought it.

It's coming up on the very edge of one side of the scoop.

Do I just take the whole thing off and retape?

or

Do I just try to add a little to that side?

Last:

If I need to take it off, I've heard fishing string in the past, any other ideas on how to pull it off?

If it's already coming up, I'd take a blow dryer to it and give it a few tugs... not so hard as to damage the spoiler though. Otherwise, waxed dental floss can do the trick, but it breaks a little bit so just expect that. And, you can always try to just get some tape to the part that's loose, but I've got a feeling you'll end up taking the whole thing off. That's probably the 'right' way to do it. I'd get the tape from a bodyshop supply store, they'd be able to recommend the right stuff. I wouldn't risk just using the consumer grade stuff from Autozone w/out the advice of someone who knows what they're talking about. A pic might help.
