2003 Cobra wheels for an 05?

Im interested in the 2003 black cobra wheels, but I have a 2005 Mustang GT. I can't find any where that sells them for my year. If anyone has been able to find a site with them or has pictures of them on your car please post! Also, I don't know much about wheels but if I had to would the ones for the previous mustangs fit on my car?

Those are all I could find, nothing for +05.

If I remember correctly, the bolt pattern is the same but the offset is way off so the rims/tires would be sticking out a bit from your car.

This 05 has em on there.. or clones at least. Not sure if they are just scaled up or if they are made for the S197s..

The PSP '05 Mustang is fitted with Cobra-clone 18x9-inch rims with Nitto rubber wrapped about. It sports 285/35/18-inch Extreme Drags in the back and 265/35/18-inch NT 555s up front.

The only thing I don't want to happen is for them to be sticking out in the back, I think that looks bad and would rather go with a different wheel. I cant tell on either of the pictures if the tire is sticking out or not, but if I got the wheels and lowered it would that create even more problems? Is there any way to correct the offset so that they wont be sticking out?

It doesn't look like the ones on the blue car stick out alot, if at all judging by some of the other pics

Still... I'm not entirely sure.

yeah thats what it looks like to me, but I don't know what clone cobra wheels are. I have looked every where and I haven't seen those wheels for +05 so I am thinking he must have had them made special or something. Too bad he isn't a forum member so I can ask him!

I'm pretty sure "clone" cobras are just the same as cobra wheels but not made by ford, thats why his are in 18s. Its just a third party manufacturer.

Yeah I have been on that site, but all of those are for the 04 and under cars with the wrong offset right? That means they would stick out from the side?

Well, all the 05+s we've seen in this thread have the older wheels, and they don't seem to stick out too much or at all.

I'm fairly confident these wheels aren't made in S197 specfic format yet. the 10th anniversary rims on the black car sure as heck aren't made for the 05+, but they seem to fit.

Maybe you should post another thread asking for people with 04 and prior wheels in the title to get some more input?

Here is another pic I have of that guy's car. I would get these wheels if they made them in black in a heart beat!

I believe the wheels are 17x9, and the tires are 275/40/17. It isnt my car. The member's name who owns the car is Machine.

Maybe the white ones have a different offset, but I know for a fact the chrome '03 Cobras definitely stick out. A lot.
