Has Anyone taken off the pony emblem off their grille, because i seen a black GT rolling around with no fog lights or emble with a cobra emblem on the left of the grille. it looked really sweet. If any one has please post pics and let me know how is the best why to do it.

 

Im interested in putting the red white and blue pony emblem on the side of the grill instead of the cobra but i dont know how to go about it. Classic Design Concepts has the glass back with that grill but ive yet to see it for sale but anyway i want the same black grill i have right now instead of the billet look

 

The grill pony fits in a molded area on the grill that will look weird if you just remove it (I considered this myself). You could fill it with woven, or perforated mesh, but I just had Bill Coogle (he of the great flamed ponies fame) to do me one up in deep gloss black. Similar effect and no replacement grill aftertaste!

This won't help you deal with fog lights or anything...

 

yea thats exactly what i was planning on doing. i seen the glass back and have been waiting for them to sell tha grille but it has been TBA for like a year. i want something like the street scene grille but without the cutout for the foglights, but the black mesh pattern. DO you know where to get the red white and blue pony grill emblem?
