05-09 Exterior Modifications Making Your '05 Stand Out from the Crowd

Has anyone painted the stock Bullit Rims?

Once the tires are off the car I would need to:

1. Sand the already painted area (?);

2. Tape off everything that I didn't want painted Black;

and then paint.

Does this sound right and can anyone recommend the best paint to use?

Also, will this be a spray painting??

A word of caution. Flat black and semi-gloss black are a LOT easier to paint than gloss black. They just "lay" better than gloss paints. Be careful and plan on doing some wet sanding with 2000 grit sand paper.
