H.I.D Writeups?? Advice?? How-To Guide??

As the title infers, I am going to be doing my HID install tomorrow and was wondering if there were any Write-Ups or How-Tos that I could follow and use for reference.

In addition, any advice would be greatly appreciated as well.

I went with the 6000K HID Kit, so I will post pictures up ASAP (Sister is a professional photographer, so hopefully SHE can get some good ones)

THANKS IN ADVANCE

I'm taking mine out today to re-route and install the H13 plug so I'll do a writeup.

I mounted one on the ECM mount and another next to the passenger headlight. I wish the kit was the newer slim style ballasts but they cost as much as a new kit.

Looking good.

A couple friends and I just finished up the install, and I swear the hardest part was removing the front bumper LOL After that it was a breeze. Ended up mounting the drivers side ballast on my heat shield for the Intake and by the Fuse Box on the pass. side

So far, Ive tried them in the garage with the door shut and they look amazing-- Although they no longer match my Fog lights with Silverstars) I Can't wait to try them out in a couple hours when it gets dark!

Glad you got it. Why did you take the bumper off? I only removed the radiator cover to route the wiring.

Did yours come with the H13 plug or did you have to buy the one from the company I sent you?

I bought it from the company, but we ended up not having to use it.

And to tell you the truth, I really have NO idea...We thought we needed to take the headlight assy. out, and yeah we wasted a lot of time haha
