where can i find a GT (factory style) sticker that goes on the faux cap? i have a silver faux emblem that i want to put a factory gt emblem/sticker in. i have searched but cant seem to find the decal just by itself. any ideas?

 

how about the dealer? Moss Muscle Mustang should carry it too?

 

didnt see it on mossmustang either. i guess i could try the dealer but id rather not if i can just find it on the internet for cheaper

Don't remember seeing just the center 'GT' emblem by itself, but you can get the complete GT rear emblem. Check ebay, new takeoff.com & scott drake.
I bought one for $10.00 a while back.

 

Yeah they don't sell just the center... you'll have to buy a whole badge and pry off the emblem (not an easy task BTW)

 

yeaaa. i bought a faux gt500 one (dremeled out the snake) so now i have a SILVER faux cap instead of the chrome and wanted to put the GT emblem in the middle. oh well i suppose

 

Well if you have a GT emblem then you can just pop out the center.

I'd cut it from the side with a saw and basically split the chrome piece around the center.

Once you have the thing open (cut) on one side you should be able to get a screw driver in there and just pop it loose.

Then glue it back into the GT500 cap.
