GT owners with front end bras

Could you please post some detailed pics showing how it secures to the front of the fascia underneath???

I am determined to find a way to jerry-rig one of these to make it work on a GT with the CDC chin spoiler for the long-distance drive to Birmingham in Sept......

Thanks!

If you are unable to figure out a way to do this, try using thick static cling vinyl, black or clear, and put them on the flat surfaces on the front of your vehicle. Then use some painters tape or autocross tape to secure the strips just in case. More likely than not, this will prevent most if not all rockchips on long trips.

More than likely won't look pretty, but I've done it a few times and it beats rock chips.

I have a Colgan bra and it has four vinyl covered hooks attached to elastic loops. They hook to the back edge of the valence (underneath). I couldn't figure any way to attach with the chin spoiler on so I am going to try to use velcro instead of the double-stick tape attachment plus something other than the push pins. Hoping to make it easily removable for those long "Interstate" trips.

Not much help if you've already mounted your spoiler, though.

Here's an idea if you know someone who can sew. Most bras probably will extend to below the bottom edge of the valance (which is also below where the spoiler attaches at the lower grille opening). You might be able to trim the bra right at the top edge of the spoiler and run some hooks/elastic through the lower grille to attach. Just a thought.
