I've read here the GT grill won't fit on a V6 car because the bumper cover is different. Can the grill be modified to fit, or is there no way to do this? I like the the look of the foglamps (reminds me of the Aston Martin Vantage circa 1978) and have found takeoff grills pretty cheap on FleaBay.

Joey sells GT takeoff grills and fogs, with adapter wiring harness, optional GT headlight switch and detailed instructions.

 

I've already found the GT grills pretty cheap, just need to know if they can be modified to fit a V6 without changing the bumper cover.

 

You'll have to "cut up" the GT valance in many places, (instructions in auction show you where), (better get a Dremel tool), none of it is visible after install though. You'll end up "hacking" off about 5 x hinge points and both sides get some cuts.
