"GT" emblem for the '65 Mustang!
I like the script one. I would never put the stickers on but one of these may do the trick. I most likely will not do it but given the choice I like the retro stuff.
One of the things I like about the new Mustang is that you can tell what it is with no badges.

I dont have a pic of it, but the script emblem from the 1969 mustang is different, and I actually like that one better. A bit mroe retro.
I think it would look good on the back of the '05......

I do like the top one, might look good on a white with red stripes.
Found some more emblems, I think the California Mustang is the only one I found with classic emblems.

YearOne - more emblems (didn't look at all, but don't think they are classic): http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/f...ain2.asp?cat=F

I hope you folks realize that these trim pieces are old tech and therefore are pin-mounted. That means you have to drill holes into the body to insert the little sleeve nuts that the trim pieces mount to!!

2-sided automotive tape is probably the best, although it will be a PITA to trim
I think the 65-66 GT emblem is juuuust a tiny bit too old school looking. On the other hand, the 67 GT emblems are perfect. I put some on my 96 GT and they were subtle and classy. The pins trimmed off easily, and I used epoxy to hold them there. I'm sure something less permanent would be fine too. You couldn't see the hole in the fender behind/between the 67 emblems left by the stock badges at all, though it is a black car, so that might have helped.
