Well tonight I am planning on installing my GT rear takeoff bumper...

Anybody have any last minute tips?

Get extra rivets, I broke several off during removal of the stock bumper.

Have a drill handy to remove the rivet's Rygen's talking about. They're on the two stiffening bars you'll move over from your current bumper. Put a blanket down on the garage floor to be able to set the new bumper on when getting ready to install. Also have a blow dryer handy. If you end up with any bulges at the corners of the new bumper where it doesn't line up with the sheet metal just right, use a blow drier to carefully heat it up the new and hold in on it til cool. Sometimes in packing they take a weird set. Lastly, have a couple of beers to steady the nerves before starting, it works for me.
