I'm curious if anyone has seen Shelby-style vinyl rocker stripes with GT 281 on them anywhere? I've looked and haven't seen them.

I'm planning on doing Shelby-style stripes, but the car is not a Shelby so I don't want to use GT 500 or GT 350, and GT 300 will be WAY under the actual HP once I'm done with it, so GT 281 seems like a good choice.

Worst case I can go to a sign shop for vinyl or have them painted, but was just wondering if anyone is making them already.

 

try baltimore graphics they offered to make me a special design, I opted for a GT 350. I could not help but mod my 06 to look like a 67 shelby...the car is just begging for it. I figured that when I am done, she will look like what SVT would have made a GT 350 look like.

Just about any shop that makes the rocker panel graphics will change the numbers to whatever you want so just give one a call. Anyway, your local sign shop should be able to make them for you as well for probably the same price as you would pay to order a set.

Oh, and the above pics are not what I'm looking for, I actually want the lettering in the stripes like the GT 500 Shelby stripes.
