Grille refresh

A minor wipe down session yesterday turned into a full scale project. My lower grill has the black honeycombs on each end, and then black "blinds" that go straight across end to end. I noticed those metal bits were looking sad and chipped and dusty. I ended up pulling off the whole bottom grille, cleaned everything and then masked and painted with a couple fresh coats of black. Took about an hour total and looks SO much better.

i painted the lower part of my bumper black kind of like a C/S. I used Krylon black the first time and it chipped like a ****. So i went back to Napa and found "Stone guard black". It's kinda like plasti dip BUT it sprays on and has a nice stock finish. This stuff go's on thick and really will not chip! After its dry it stays flexible so it can take the abuse.
