I already did.
A buddy of mine has a Sonic Blue v6, he's the one I cut out the scoops for, and since the hood was already Sonic, it went right on.
Got some updated pics w/ the blackout done and in the daylight.

I also took the new hood as an opportunity to relocate the squirters to the wipers where they belong.

Having the rear vents opened up may be part of the solution, but I've got no need for hoodpins as there's no shake at over 80mph.

Keepin' this a secret from BS?

If I ever find a chin spoiler that's perfect, then I'll get it. I've seen them all, and just haven't found one that I think is perfect. I've taken 3 years to find the perfect wheels (they just came out recently), and though I always liked that hood, they were originally way out of my price range ($800+), so I was patient. Pretty much everything on the car is exactly what I want, without compromise, so when I find a chin that's exactly what I want, then it'll be on the car.

Just in my case. There's a whole lot of 'other' issues that could contribute to this, including my hood stops are now cranked all the way down, etc.

I used an Ultra Flat Black paint that's used when they paint camo so it reflects no light. (according to the can, I'm not going into physics here)
Over the weekend, a guy who runs a local dyno shop was 2 feet in front of my car looking at the hood and asked if the hood vents put air to my intake or just took heat from the motor. I told him that it was just paint and he got down on his knees to check it out, so it must be 'convincing'.

Thanks guys. The hood was made by a company that people may remember from a few years ago called The Dream Car Factory. Since then, they've recently gone out of business and I've got one of their 'leftover' hoods from their going-out-of-business sale. A new company called Full Throttle Kustomz bought the old molds and is making them now, but like when DCF produced them, the cost is outrageous.

I'm just glad to finally have this hood. It's got a sleeker profile than the Trufiber hoods and is similar to the KR hood, but the bodylines are made to match the GT front cover and grille.
