Ok guys,
Is this urethane?
How does this attach?
Can you verify that it covers to factory spoiler holes?

I just received mine last night and am taking it to the paint shop today. I'll also post some pics after it's done ...

Gordon , yes it is urethane. It comes with tape and screws if you want to use them. It you screw the two outside pieces , you have to drill holes and it comes with a template for them. The center piece has two places for screws over the front holes for the factory spoiler , so yes it does cover the holes ...

I saw your raw parts and immediatly ordered mine. I had been holding out for one that will cover the OEM spoiler holes.
We would all appreciate your installationexperience. My only debate is chosing who will paint it (black).
Pictures please!
Thanks.

I'm just concerned that it will be too tall....
In some pics it looks gigantic,
and then in others, looks just the right size.

Finished pics...comeon... someone
and not just the PR pics from Cervinis

It's a post made for the purpose of keeping the thread in a visible position.. in other words, "bumping" the thread up. Just like, if you were allowed to cut in line, you might say you were "bumped" from the back of the line to the front.. same idea.

Wow! Cervini's is fast. I got mine delivered today and now....how did you decide on a paint shop?
How much are they charging for prep and paint?
Are you installing yourself or having the body shop install it?
That old wing spoiler has got to GOOOO!
Thanks for the info.

Once you get it painted, post some pics please. I want to see how it looks on a black car.

I will post pics for sure. I just need to find a painter and fast. This is the exterior mod I've wanted for some time now. I only delayed because I didn't know about the Cervini's model. I had been quoted $3-350 just to close the OEM holes and repaint the lid + the cost of the CDC spoiler. I think this one looks great.
I'll let you know.

JMO but I don't like the way it comes forward in the front but that would be the only way that it would cover the stock spoiler holes.

Allen ,
Mine is in the shop right now and should be on the car by Monday or Tuesday. That's the good news , the bad news is it's going to cost me $600. I about croaked when they told me , but I want it done right. I had a corvette shop do my hood , and they did a good job as would be expected with the fiberglass and they only charged me $450. Next I had them do the chin spoiler and the side scoops , which were both urethane , and they charged me $250 for them. They matched the chin spoiler pretty well , but did not match the side spoilers very well. They were way too light , so I had them repaint them. Now they're darker which I guess is better , but they still don't match. So when it came to the ducktail , I decide to go to a shop that I had used before through Steeda. I knew they were expensive , but they had done several pieces on my last mustang and I knew they did good work. They're going to install it with the 3M tape and a urethane adhesive. I'm also going to have them use the screws too , since I want it to fit well and be secure. I'll post some pics next week ...

Holy $$$)@(#$)(
I just had a body shop shoot me down. They were not enthused about painting urethane at all. Pointed out all the imperfections that would be visable after paint. Also said they would not warrenty the job. They didn't even give me a price.
I'll try another shop but don't have a recommendation to work with. I'm in the Atlanta area if any one can help me out.
The only other option is to return it and order the CDC and have the OEM spoiler holes filled ($400). Yow! I was not as pleased with the photos of the black GT either. It looks kind of bulky.
Well, I won't give up yet and will look for your pictures.
