Got my CDC Glassback!

I've actually had it for a few weeks now... I tend not to wander to far from the V6 forum... but I just wanted to share some pics and thoughts...

First off... I love it! LOL! I have had no issues. I don't regret it one bit... and it has been very hot here the last few weeks (mid-90's) and very sunny...

Ok... some pics:

From the outside it looks like i just painted my roof black... which works great on my car! LOL!

But from the inside!

Now i will admit, one of the reason I've held off is because of the original trim pieces... the new pieces are a LOT better!

Thanks!

Actually the install was very easy... dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon and picked her up Thursday... LOL!

I had been holding off on this mod because of the trim pieces... but when I seen the new ones at Carlisle... well, i knew it was time to finally pull the trigger!

This car is one of the best executions of modding a mustang, great taste, and very well done!

Looks awesome

We have sold quite a few glassbacks with the old trim and just ordered two more with the new style moldings. I hadn't seen them yet, that looks MUCH better. I used to do flooring installations and CERAMIC TILE REDUCER TRIM used to scream in my head when I saw the older style molding.

I'd love to do that to my car if I had the $$$. One question why is the trim necessary? Could it be made smaller.? How about having it painted body color?

how much is this mod installed (tax etc.) $3,000?

Nice idea. Maybe after I pay the car off.

and yes, I have seen the trim sanded and painted... looks great... but since I've got the yellow and black theme going I left the trim as is...
