OK so there are 2 bumpers under the gas door that it rests on when it's closed, it seems I lost one, anyone seen replacements?

i would guess that you could go to the dealership and get one... can't be more than 50 cents. maybe asking kevin from this site? not sure what they look like offhand, but maybe you could go to home depot or something and find something that will fit. haven't seen any website that sells the oem ones though.

of course, if it were me, i would use it as an excuse to buy an aluminum door from silverhorse racing

Yeah, and if you order on-line it would cost $10.00 to ship it. I needed some for my '98 Expedition and they had them in stock, I just waited until the next time I happened to be near the dealer, I wouldn't make a special trip.
