Thought i'd start a thread with everyone giving their input on what they plan on doing with their new stang.

Let me start it off by stating what I plan on doing with my baby.

1- Side louvers (MRT)
2- Tint my windows
3- After market IUP
4- Black bullit rims (18" maybe?)
5- Blacked out rear
6- Add a chrome exhaust tip

I plan on tinting my windows and putting the side louvers on as my first step into modding my stang. Still haven't really figured out what I plan on doing after

If I had all of that......I would be one happy Mustang GT Owner!!!! ( Not that I am not happy now...cause the car is amazing just the way it is)

PS: As you can tell, I am not that big on added performance mods!

 

I'm not sure on quite a few things...but...

Side window covers...Street Scene or CDC
Window tint
Hah..black bullitt wheels as well (18"), those or SSR GT3 wheels (19", lightweight, but expensive)
Black out panel
Body kit, Street Scene or Cervini's (definately getting a ducktail with whichever)
Sequential taillights
Maybe BlueBatmobile overlays for the lights
Some LED work for the lights - maybe
Not sure if 305 tires are considered an exterior mod

Did you want all mods or just exterior?

All I can think of right now...

 

As soon as mine comes:

-Tint: 50% on sides, 20% on back and 1/4
-SLP Loudmouth (YEAH BABY!)
-Sequential Tail Lights
-some 255 width tires.... not decided on which ones yet.
-dual 12" Cerwin Vega DVC V-MAX subs, and alpine type R 5x7s all the way around. with kenwood amps.
-JVC Arsenal head unit (still deciding between two models.... should I go with the ***** or the HD screen?)
-Lowering kit, probably Eibach.... not right away, but as soon as some extra $$$ starts comming my way.

 

My to do list

Tint, 18%-20% all around - will do this within a week of recieving my car.

B) Yes I'm going for the 69-70 Mach look! My first car, back in '77, was a '69 fastback with a 351 Windsor in it. I wished I had a Mach then, so I'm going to try and build it now.

Just finished polishing my hood pins so they look like chrome. Need to install them. MRT side louvers on order. Still want Street Scene kit and different hood but those will have to wait. Bank account is empty after buying my rims and tires.

 

Bought the Dale Jarrett car so already has Street Scene kit, exhaust, Eibach, and custom 18" rims.

Want to add immediately tint all around, sequential taillights, and aftermarket alarm.

Will eventually add; maybe RKsport hood (if they solve some of the problems), will black out paint hood, buy black out for taillights, LCA, UD pullies, headers, cold air intake, chip of some kind, Supercharger or dual turbos, and a few little interior mods.

And curse you people, will probably buy more as we find stuff!!

Thats it for the time being - after that and the smaller things I have done so far (floor mats, tinting, painted calipers, custom seat covers,etc..) my mod fund will be depleted for the immediate future...

[Although the minute MRT offers those headlight covers off the Interceptor, I will find SOME way of getting a pair....

The Street Scene kit is a possibility down the road, especially after seeing the BACL Dale Jarrett GT.....]

Seriously considering ditching the spoiler.

And, as mentioned on another thread: both the antenna and side mirrors need to be replaced with something that actually compliments the car.

 

I dropped the spoiler as well. Tossed the idea about, but after seeing other peoples cars on the site I dropped it. I like the clean look of the car better for me.
