FRPP Hood Pins

OK, so I went ahead with the install, and all things considered, they came out great! I do have another question though..
The plates came as is, and I want to be able to put some sort of grommet under then and tight around the pins to avoid water leaks (The holes are pretty large to accomdate the pins vs. the angle the hood closes). Anyone know where I can get some thin rubber, maybe as a small sheet or something that I can make these from?
