I rearended a car and have to replace the front bumper, grill, and headlights. Should I go back factory or replace it with a aftermarket frontend. If so what do you guys recomend.

I'd go aftermarket. Lots of choices.

I am in a similar situation to you. I hit an animal at night a few months ago. The impact cracked my lower fascia. I have been going round and round in my head about which front end to get.
I like the street scene gen 1
I think the roush and saleen look good too
The street scene gen 2’s lower lip doesn’t look right to me
I like the cervini but since my car is lowered, I don’t want to shave the butt hairs off an ant.
I don’t care for the rk sport or boy racer 3d carbon packages.
So, as with many things, it is up to your personal opinion. Any of these choices would be better than the boring stock front.
I think I will go with the street scene gen 1 front unless something better comes along by spring.

Yeah, perfect excuse to go aftermarket. You're going to spend the money anyway.
