Front splash/mud guards

Has any one had problems with losing a front splash/mud guard on their car? I am missing one, and when I went to order another set, the parts guy told me that I would keep losing them due to not enough clearance in the front wheel well.

These are just standard, flat black mud guards. I have the molded ones on the rear.

I don't know where I lost the front one.

Thanks

Try these? Jaeger Bros. Mud Guards

Check this thread: http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showth...light=mud+flap

A possible problem with your front flaps/guards is that they aren't fastened appropriately and get caught by the wheel in certain situations.

I found out about the Jaeger Bros. mud flaps by this forum & "Flyingn" and they fit great, and best of all require no drilling to install!!!

sry, but if you're worried about losing flaps, why go with jaeger bros? i've read many posts about them falling off, breaking, and personally experienced it. they are flimsy and don't screw in. i know, i know, you don't wanna put holes in your metal - but jaeger bros are cheap

I've had the Jaeger Bros. mud guards on my car for over a year with absolutely NO trouble!

Not sure what would cause them to fall off short of improper installation, but they're so simple to put on.

No matter what a company makes, somebody may have a problem with it, just don't understand how you can with these mud guards.

Oops, I forgot we're not allowed to talk trash about JFlaps - oh wait, uh.... U have an opinion, so do I - seems like everywhere I go, you go - are you making JFlaps in ur garage or something Cdynaco?? Sry if i spelled ur name wrong - ur so busy worrying about the bros that u didn't notice the nice comment I made about ur car - who cares? does it affect ur life - I personally have found that Jaeger Brothers JFlaps are cheap and suck and not good for me. That's it. .. .

How many accounts do you think Jason Jaeger has on this site? - always the same people standing up for them. . . questionable I think. Real people don't care that much about a product they themselves don't make. I made 2 comments about them on 2 dif threads, and low and behold - same peeps. C'mon, we can't all agree on the same thing. If you like em, great. I do not. Too bad all those OTHER comments about their shabbiness were deleted in the hacking scandle -

I personally have not found a better type of mud guards to use on the Mustang than what the Jaeger Bros. have available.

Don't like the oem Ford ones, but that's my opinion.

Just got another set of the JB mg's to put on another Mustang!!
