We are always happy to send stuff to our guys overseas, even though it's more work on this end, there is no difference in price than regular domestic shipping for you.
That said, the postal service might have a cow over sending the adhesion promoter overseas, and so that is the only part (chemical actually) that you would need to source locally to insure a good install.

FYI A.M. is our #2 dealer in the country right now, and we do have a good relationship with them.
Torch Red is currently on the "hot" list to be done, but like I said, we've been waiting for 2 weeks now for louvers to come back and haven't seen any... guess I need to make another trip down there early next week before everyone goes on vacation.
