I finally got the pieces back from paint and I think they turned out pretty good, although the color isn't an exact match. I'm still happy with it though.

Looks awesome! Congrats!!

How do you like the exhaust note? Got much drone? If so, at what RPM range? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm ready to pull the trigger on this and haven't heard one in person.

There is absolutely NO drone and the exhaust is KILLER!! The mufflers are Magnapacks, so they're not the regular Magnaflows. The only thing that kind of worried me about the install was that I had to drill holes into the side of the car when putting the side skirts on, but since I don't plan on converting this car back to stock, it's all good. Here's a pic of where you have to drill the holes. I only drilled 3 instead of 5.

Any plans for a front fascia or chin spoiler???

Think that's all you need for one heck of a killer complete package......

Definately! I'm also thinking about the Cervini's front, although if I went with it I would raise my car back up again. If it stayed lowered the front would only be 3" from the ground, which means I would scrape on a LOT. As it stands right now the side skirts are 4" and the exhaust is only 3". I might go with something else instead though, that $1,300 price tag is quite a bit for just the front end. I was content paying that for the rear because it also included the exhaust. I've hit the exhaust on a few speed bumps, but I checked it out and the pipes still look perfect, so I think I will keep it lowered for now.

Stu - the car looks amazing - really love what you're doing with it...

And yes S197 GT - the Yellow is an absolute female dog when it comes to matching. Stu, I'd have them re-do it. It has something to do with what base color they use. I think Hippiehead chimed in not too long ago about the body shop using a white primer first then the base then the color or something like that...

Anyway, as I stated - that's one sick looking car

Car looks great Stu. Its really coming together nicely. I don't know how it looks in person but, the color difference doesn't seem that bad in the pics. I'm sure most folks won't even catch it unless if you mention it. Do you have any plans to get mirror covers or paint them to match the body. I think it would add a little more class to the car as well.

Edit: BTW, what % tint do you have?

Yeah, the match isn't too bad and you can't really tell unless the lighting is right. I'd like to get the mirrors done, but that would probably be a good ways down the road. My tint is 5% all around.

20x10 & 20x9 Replica GT-R rims with Nitto tires 255x35x20 on the front and 275x35x20 in the back. I think when it comes time to replace the back I'm going to go with something a little thicker like a 285+
