Finally got my new wheels and tires. During deployment I couldn't decide between Magnum 500 or the FR500. In Aug I had ordered the Magnum 500. The 18x10s came in but the 18x9 were on back order. When I returned from deployment the 18x9s were still on back order. I was informed the 18x9 wouldn't be in until late Oct. I canceled the order and went with the FR500s. Both the 18x9 and 18x10 came in the next day. Looking at these wheels on my car, I think I made the right choice.

where did you find them in grey, almost everywhere i have looked they only had them in black, chrome, and black chrome.

So true. Wheels make a huge difference in the appearance and stance of the s197. Now I just need to get some black bullitts and we'll be in business.

They are actually anthracite.
www.lastcallracing.com Has them in chrome, black, and anthracite. Lastcall racing is a local company. I know both the owners. They are actually one of many dealers for American Muscle.

 

The fronts are 18x9 with 255/45/18 and the rears are 18x10 with 285/40/18. I may lower it later on.

 

In many areas FR500 rims are probably popular and maybe even over played, but besides my car I may have only seen 1 or 2 with these rims.
