Question Filling in holes from Roush hood scoop?

Has anyone had a hood scoop that has screws, removed and the holes filled in? If so, was it done good?

I have heard that because the hood is aluminum, that welding the hold closed, can be very tricky and needs a very experienced welder to do it successfully.

Can the holes be filled in with bondo or something else to make it look good?

I want to remove the Roush scoop from my hood and repaint it, so that I can install a Shaker down the road.

your best bet would be to just get rid of the scoop when you get the shaker, otherwise youll be throwing out a lot of money...JMO

The shaker does not cover the holes, that is why I need the hold filled in.
