If you buy the eibach pro kit, springs and dampeners, do you have to get an adjustable panhard?

Also to reduce nose dive and roll, what do you need to buy? The car doesn't roll too much but the nose dives a bit on hard braking, would like to tighten it up but I'm a suspension n00bie.

Whats the width on the stock rims? 8 inches? Whats the widest you should go?

sorry if this is redundant and have seen threads that veguely go over this but nothing specific.

Thanks for any input, feel free to make suggestions for other products I might look into, eibach seems pretty nice though.
