Hey Nick..........let us know how it goes tonight putting them on.

It took about 10 minutes for the first tail light and about 5 for the second. I think I will keep the originals in case I ever sell the mustang or if I have any taillight issues for the dealer. Thanks a lot for everyone's support through these tragic 24 hours.

Uhh, for $179, I dont see it worth it..
Were talking about 20.00 MAX in parts from radio shack..
This is worse then the speed chip scam on ebay thats really a 30.00 resistor....

Pardon my ignorance; this is in reference to webelectricproducts.com’s kit. They state “no wire cutting, no threading wires through grommets and no modifiying (in correctly spelled… it’s modifying, but that’s beside the point) sockets†I looked in the “online instruction†section and all it shows for the 2005 is how to “program for non-sequencing brake operation.â€
So really what my question comes down to is, can someone scan the instructions? I’ve never done this modification before and I’m just interested what is required. They say just plug and play, is this entirely true? How long did it take?

I get more compliments on these, then anything else on the car. I went to the dealer last night and the salespersons DROOLED over them........said they should have been standard on the cars.
Thanks agian.

That's really cool, but that sequencing is just waaay too fast for me.

Blake, have you seen them in person? You can't go by the gifs you see people posting as they are not accurate. I think the speed is pretty good.

I gave the instructions a quick look through. I will read this again more carefully tomorrow or this weekend. I will most likely purchase a setup in the next week or two. Thanks for uploading the info.
Always great to have a vendor on TMS. I love dealing with the companies they represent because I know they are there for their customers.

Yeah, I saw the mpg in DozerzPony's sig. Still seems way fast to me, but I'm used to the pace of the classic cougar/T-bird lights.
Still a really cool mod though.
i would like just to throw something out there. on the old style system with flashers the flash rate slows down when you add load (like plugging in trailer lights) with a standard flasher. so you install a heavy duty unit for the added candle power.
now the new system in the 05 (computerized) will speed up if a bulb burns out do you think if you add a load the the line it will slow down or will it automaticly compensate for increased load?
things that make you go hmmm.

Other than that, the speed does not change.
