Thumbs up

I ordered with the spoiler delete cuz I want options. I think the DCD looks pretty good, but I agree with the "flimsy" assessment of the bottom edges near the center of the trunk. I'm also concerned with the idea of drilling holes for the install. I won't be drilling unless I'm 150% happy with the look of the mod.

I definitely want to add a ducktail style spoiler. It could just be a waiting game. Waiting for the right part to come out. My order is at least 2-3 months out so, I have to wait anyway. Once the car is here, I won't be able to wait forever....

Are there any other ducktail options? Any coming soon?

CDC, Street Scenes, etc... Check the exterior mods section. I just ordered the CDC one yesterday, it's not the CDC one w/ the flimsy looking edge, I think that's the one that's Street Scenes. There's a few others listed there, at least you've got some options.

That's from a shop in Florida that specializes in high end cars. That is quite the $$$'s I'm sure. It's a custom job, you'd have to take your car there to get it done.

cdc

The top link looks good except i have some fit and finish questions...the seam at the left side looks a little uneven so i wonder how good it is. It is a little taller than the CDC. Though so far, the CDC is the cleanest i have seen. However, the CDC covers up your third tail light and you have to purchase a rearwindow mounted 3rd brake light. I like the looks of the spoiler from that florida company from every angle except the back end.
Great thread though, I hope someone knows of other options.

Dave - 10 days and counting till arrival!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you checked out the Roush tail. it looks a bit more like an add on, but looks great IMO. You should check it out.

Westrenz makes a nice one too, available through 3D Carbon. Check it out here http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?showtopic=15580 near the bottom of page 3.

Im having a hard time deciding what looks good just from the usual 3 photos everyone has already seen a million times. Im a firm believer that you have to see it in person before you ever pay for it, I've been burned before and had to deal with return shipping, and no return policies. I may have to take a tour around town and try to find each one of these spoilers actually on a car.

I am leaning towards the CDC Design, it looks pretty clean to me.

If you are having a hard time deciding, why not drive down to Street Scene and have a look at it for yourself? Your in LA and Street Scene is in Costa Mesa- call at 714 426 0590. Street Scene needs a car to do the final fit check anyway

I will be buying the Roush wing once it is avail, but the wing on the silver car looks awesome, but looks like it has been fabricated into the quarter panel, so probably not going to be an over the counter type wing.
