And that is excatly right. I got 4 quotes ranging for 209 to 216.

 

Owning a body shop and reading this.....ummm......you just think we are there to rip everyone off?? Give us a little credit. There are SO MANY quality and honest shops out there.

 

Nope, not at all. I recognize that most folks are conscientious about their work. Unfortunately, as in every sector of society, there are those whose motives are not dictated by the best interest of their customer.

I simply had the price of a GT rear bumper jump from about $210 one day to $533 the next. I thought I might use the wealth of knowledge this board affords me on the subject of Mustangs to get a second opinion on pricing.

 

PB, I hope ya don't think I'm bashing ALL body shops. I'm not. In fact, I wish I had chosen one like yours. I don't think I did, cuz here has been my experience with Service King so far....
