I'm still deciding on how wide I want my Shelby style stripes and gap to be.
I don't think I want them to extend "into" the driving lights so I was wondering how much room I have to work with.
How far apart are they at their closest point?

Thanks,
Jason

Thanks, Giddyup.
So the only way to keep the srtipes from "touching" the lights and still have a wide stripe is 10" stripes with a 1" gap.
hhmmm. Not sure about that.
Looks like I'll have to do some more thinking.
Dang, I wish my car was here so I could do some mock stripes.

Jason....here's what I'm thinking of doing at a later date. Not sure if this stripe pattern works for you, but I think it's pretty cool and gives the definition between hoods being striped and bumpers not (ala chrome oldies). The stripe here has the outer edge of the stripe on each side splitting the exact center of the driving lights..... .....p.s.- This is obviously not my car (since I have Torch Red), but I would be doing some shade of a silver/gray stripes....much like this example
