Ive never noticed this before but there are different front bumpers out there.
I know the GT's have different back bumpers to house the duel exhaust but...
Mine has no front bumper indention for any license plate.
It also has a thin lower
fairing part and look at the turn lights. Mine are recessed and there is a molding that goes accross the front. I thought maybe this was the difference between the V6 and GT but I saw this on another GT.....
Whats up with that?

 

Darth, you've got a GT bumper. That second pic is a v6 w/ added fogs.

 

Also, have you noticed that in the v6 bumper that the lower grill 'smiles' while in the GT bumper the lower grill 'frowns' or better yet growls? The curves are upside down vs the corners. The GT has painted rocker moldings, and that same 'theme' is carried over to the front and rear bumpers, giving it a slightly lower stance.

 

The GT grill and fogs fit the 6 but if you look closely you will see the grill in the 6 on the bottom is sitting on top of the bumper where a proper GT fits under the bumper another good way to tell.
